Qualifications and Experience

He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare management field. He has a demonstrated track record in business development, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and forecasting, with proven expertise in driving efficiency, growth, and productivity through evaluating financial management systems and implementing process improvements. He began his career as an administrative director in managing and expanding the outpatient network development activities for Staten Island University Hospital and then upon obtaining his Master’s degree in Health Finance from NYU, went on to establish, expand and directing the Eastchester Center for Cancer Care, a multispecialty physician group serving the greater NY area. It was here that he gained his knowledge and interest in oncology-related research. He started the center with 2 physicians and grew the practice to 11 physicians with 70 employees with gross Revenues of over 15 million annually. In 2015, he founded Axella Research, a clinical research and development company to further capitalize on the infrastructure and research expertise of the network and recruit a team of experts in the research and development arena. He have been hired in the position of CBDO of TRIZ Biopharma Innovations June 2024 working on multiple projects including a hemostatic device for severe obstetric-related bleedings and new anticancer system MoLRx. This opened up opportunities to collaborate with early-stage pharmaceutical companies and researchers to help develop and commercialize innovative technologies.
